In this hands-on adult culinary workshop, guests will craft three visually stunning, flavor-forward dishes while learning plating, color theory, and texture techniques. Create a rainbow beet carpaccio with whipped goat cheese, seared salmon (or crispy tofu for those who don’t eat meat) with a citrus brushstroke sauce, and a deconstructed berry shortcake palette plate, all designed to be as photogenic as they are delicious.
Play with ingredients, plate like a pro, and leave with dishes worthy of your Instagram feed.
