
1st Course – Toasted Ravioli Caprese. Crispy toasted ravioli layered with whole-milk mozzarella, and heirloom tomatoes. Finished with marinara, balsamic and basil pearls.
2nd Course – Windy City Sampler. A trio of Chicago favorites: Mini Chicago Hot Dog – Vienna beef dog on a poppy seed bun, “run through the garden.” Mini Italian Beef – Tender beef on a French roll with roasted peppers and spicy giardiniera. SexzWings Frenched bone-in chicken wings, With Sexzdust and Award Winning Combo.
3rd Course – Chicago Cut Ribeye. Short bone-in ribeye, charred Chicago style, served medium-rare. Accompanied by cast-iron au gratin potatoes with smoked Gouda & Gruyère, and a jumbo asparagus bundle with crunchy Sexz garlic.
4th Course – Mini Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Classic deep dish, baked true Chicago style, presented as a personal pizza in Margherita fashion.
5th Course – South Side Chicago Atomic Cake
Towering three-layer dessert featuring: Banana cake with custard & bananas. Chocolate cake with strawberry jam. Vanilla cake with fudge. A true Chicago classic finale.
Space of Mind and Community Classroom share a campus in downtown Delray Beach. A portion of the proceeds from select Space of Mind programs & classes support the Community Classroom Project, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing stress through creativity.
