About Executive Chef, Trevor McGrath

McGrath began his career journey at the age of 14 on the South Side of Chicago, helping supplement his private high school tuition and quickly grew into a love affair culinary arts. The creativity, passion and global industry opportunities helped mold him into one of today’s most well-known and talented chefs. In 2009, Gordon Ramsay asked Trevor to compete on FOX’s show, Hell’s Kitchen, where he finished in the final four of the competition and returned twice more as both guest chef and again as a competitor. These experiences opened the door for him to become a Chef Personality on Food Network, FOX, CNBC and as a “spokes chef” for Capital One, as well as sent him around the world to cook in Norway, Malta, Spain, Ireland, Canada, and New York City. As Executive Chef and Culinary Arts Director at Space of Mind, Chef Trev is combining his two greatest passions: teaching and cooking, and he is excitedly serving up innovative (and tasty) culinary programs for all!
