Friendsgiving with Chef Jorge Montes

Chef Jorge Montes is the chef behind Sazoned! His passion for cooking started in his hometown of Lima, Peru, and you’ll often find Peruvian ingredients & inspiration in his recipes. He’s been sharing his love of flavor with South Florida for the past 20 years and has been part of many successful restaurants in Miami & a curator of cooking classes for more than a decade.
